Why Me?
Hi there! I'm Calum Young BSC , I have been a personal trainer since 2013, passionate about helping you transform your life through fitness. Everyone deserves to feel confident, energised, and capable within their own body. My degree in Sports & Exercise Science, along with other education gives me the skills to find and remove the route of weak and painful movements. As well as improve performance in your sports arena (particularly the arena of every day life).
Along with the official education, I have a decade plus experience of helping people loose weight, reduce pain, improve performance, whilst generally moving & feeling better. I also have a love to push my own performance on the sports field (playing for Great Britain) so i’ll have the empathy and knowledge to pushing yours. Gives me a wide understanding of how we’ll reach your goal.
I’ll be here to challenge you physically, while provide the support & guidance you need to make lasting lifestyle changes.
